Avonside Girls’ High School year 13 student Sally Wylaars has been selected for the New Zealand Junior rowing team heading to the Junior World Championships Regatta in Tokyo this August. PROSKIFF managed to catch up with Sally before she left for Lake Karapiro where she and her fellow NZ representatives must undergo eight weeks of intensive training in preparation for racing in Japan.
